2nd Regional Civil Society-Industry Dialogue "Towards sustainable mineral production - The role of industry and civil society"

Copenhagen, 8 October 2014

The Second Regional Dialogue of the COBALT project took place on 8 October 2014 in Copenhagen and brought together key regional civil society and industry stakeholders, together with policy-makers and researchers, in order to foster debate, networking and exchange on sustainable mineral production in the North Sea Region. In particular, it investigated the different stages of the raw materials value chain in the extractive sector and the role of different stakeholders in driving sustainability across this value chain.

The outcomes of the various workshops will be taken forward in a Dialogue Synthesis Report to inform future policy and research development, including the work of the European Innovation Partnership on Raw Materials.
